For a healthy and balanced environment an institution has to adopt certain rules and regulations for its effective functioning.

One passport size photograph of the student.
One passport size photographs each of parents.
Passport size photograph of Guardian (if Any).
Residential Proof Copy.
Copy of the Birth Certificate(for Std. I ‐ original and copy).

Previous year's Final Result Sheet.
This year's Mid Term Result Sheet.
Medical Form to be filled by family physician.

Original Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate.
