Admission Process
We welcome applications from families who seek a nurturing and academically enriching boarding school experience for their child. Our admission process is designed to be straightforward and transparent.
🔹 Step 1: Inquiry & School Tour
- Begin your journey by submitting an inquiry form or contacting our admissions office. Families are encouraged to schedule a campus tour or attend an online information session to explore our academic programs, facilities, and boarding life.

🔹 Step 3: Entrance Assessment & Interaction Interview
- Applicants are required to take an entrance test to evaluate their academic readiness. The assessment typically includes English, Mathematics, and General Knowledge (depending on grade level).
- Shortlisted candidates and their parents will be interviewed by our admissions team and faculty.
🔹 Step 4: Fee Payment & Enrollment
- To confirm admission, parents must accept the offer and complete the required fee payment. A checklist of documents and joining instructions will be provided.
Withdrawals :
- Prior notice of 3 months, or payment of one term’s fees will be charged. The school should be officially informed of withdrawal, well in advance, (by January) for the end of academic year withdrawal.
For Leaving Certificate :
- If the student is withdrawn during the first academic year, the fees for the full year will be charged.
Documents
Following documents are needed to complete the admission process.
- Two passport size photograph of the student.
- Two passport size photographs each of parents.
- Passport size photograph of Guardian (if Any).
- Residential Proof Copy.
- Copy of the Birth Certificate(for Std. I ‐ original and copy).
- Caste certificate.
- Previous year’s Final Result Sheet.
- This year’s Mid Term Result Sheet.
- Medical Form to be filled by family physician.
- Blood group card of the student.
- Original Leaving Certificate / Transfer Certificate.

On conformation of admission, the Leaving Certificate has to be submitted with the counter signature of the Education Board on the reverse of the Leaving Certificate.

Note:
1. Parents are requested to pay the full fees as per schedule at any branch of IDBI Bank in respective accounts as mentioned above and please send proof of payment on School Account section WhatsApp mobile no 8605807543.
Kindly collect the receipt from account section or we can send receipt by e-mail.
2. Other expenses mandatory for the benefit of the child as mentioned below would be charged.
a) NCC for Std. VIII & IX for selected students. Rs. 7000/-.
b) Foundation Coaching for IPSC, MPSC, NDA etc. for Std VIII, IX & X. Rs. 15000/- p.a.
3. Items given by School will be charged in students personal expense account. Students personal expenses as mentioned above is as an advance and additional expenses over to Rs 20000/- may be incurred if made by the child.
